ProXact Estimates provides professional insurance claim estimation services, including:

- Xactimate documentation services
Our work is prepared using industry-standard software and methodologies, including Xactimate by Verisk. Each scope includes a detailed line-item breakdown of materials, labor, and relevant overhead costs. We work directly from project photos, scope documentation, and any supporting materials you provide to ensure thorough and accurate pricing. Final claim settlements are determined by insurance carriers and adjusters.
Client Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:

Payment Terms
Pricing for our estimation services is discussed during the initial consultation and varies based on the scope and complexity of the project. Payment is due upon delivery of the completed estimate unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept standard payment methods and will provide an invoice for your records.
If a project requires revisions beyond the original scope, additional fees may apply. Any supplemental charges will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work begins.
